Personal Training (PT)

This service is open to individuals that are looking to establish a healthier lifestyle through exercise and/or supplement their exercise programme with knowledge and practical skills on the essentials of exercise nutrition.

Our exercise specialist is equipped to unleash your best potential and meet your exercise goals with the core of her service being effective and sustainable results. Your coach will seek to connect with you and make you feel absolutely safe to be yourself, feel unjudged, motivated and encourage you to ask lots of questions! Whether you are just starting out in your exercise journey, maybe re-committing to working out or have been exercising for a while and feel like you hit a plateau, we want to be there for you every step of the way.

NOTE: The personal training in the packages below are NOT suitable to anyone that presents with chronic illness. If you do present with chronic illness, kindly refer to our personal training for chronic illnesses service.

Your personal training package includes:

  • Free 30 minute consultation (applicable before you purchase this package)
  • Initial consultation and fitness assessment (2 hrs)
    • Body composition analysis (InBody BCA).
  • Intervention strategy (1.5 hrs)
    • Exercise goal-setting.
    • Action steps towards your goals.
    • Progress indicators.
    • Comprehensive educational awareness regarding exercise activities and home-based movement.
    • Customised exercise design and programming.
  • 1 follow-up consultation (1 hr).
  • 1 heated pool experience with 3 friends (30 min).
  • Comprehensive educational awareness regarding healthy behaviours, exercises for home based activity and basic nutrition principles.
  • Personal Training Packages (1 hr)
    • 4 sessions per month (1 session per week)
    • 8 sessions per month (2 sessions per week)
    • 12 sessions per month (3 sessions per week)

All services will take place at the Lantern Life Fitness Studio.
