The physical, mental and social components of dementia specific exercise sessions aim to improve the overall wellbeing of dementia patients.
The benefits of exercise for dementia patients have numerous positive impacts which include;

Members are required to be accompanied by a loved one or a caregiver for all scheduled sessions at Lantern Life Fitness.
