Your 1 hour aerobics class will engage 30 mins low- moderate impact aerobic movements that will ease your heart into pumping faster, improving your overall stamina and cardiovascular health. The final 30 mins will engage full body toning using free weights and body weight leaving you feeling fully worked out!
